Bought a pair a year ago, and am so happy with these I was worried I would not be able to replace them. I couldn't remember where I bought/couldn't find them in stores. They are thicker than most all gloves (esp. for doing dishes), comfortable fit, and what I like most is that I don't burn my fingers when I do dishes in really hot water. The grip on the hands is excellent, never drop glasses etc. Originally I bought a few pairs of heavier gloves for yard work chemicals (sprays for weeds/fertilizers), and opted to use a thinner one I would not mind disposing of if needed. Like I said, been a year's worth of use and no holes, no hot water burns, and no slipping or drops. Honestly, I don't want to share them. Now I can leave these out for use for all, I bought 2 new ones. Store dish gloves get water inside, tips get holes, last a week or two, or they stick together where you can't get your hand inside. Doesn't happen with these, I actually like the blue better than the pink or yellow dish gloves. These gloves have so many uses beyond dishes, they probably were not meant for dishes (I got them for another use), one more plus, my hands don't sweat in them. When using hot water, your hands don't get hot so they don't get that sweaty gross slippery feeling. They are that thick but have a good fit and grip to not be difficult to do any task.
I use these for washing dishes. they last much longer than the ones sold specifically for dishwashing. And they're thick, so I don't burn my hands with the hot water.
these gloves used to be sold under the name true blue Back in the '70s. I don't understand why they're not sold any longer these are an off-brand that play text makes the other kind and they used to be very good in the kitchen
Gloves are easy to remove because of the lining. Worth the extra price.
Use them in my work for heavy duty cleaning and dishwashing
Was tired of the interior of other gloves (incl Bliss) getting all sweaty when I did dishes. Bought M in these, and there's just enough gap to let in air that gloves stay dry inside. Cotton lining is a must! Bonus: these can be used for all cleaning jobs due to being heavy duty. Received very quickly. Tested them all, and there were no holes/defects. Same as, but much cheaper than, True Blues.
I have two nails that became detached from the nail beds. I am treating them with a special vitamin enhanced cream. I keep it on the fingers with silicone finger cots that are taped on my fingers. My old rubber gloves just didn't work to keep them dry. They pulled the bandages off when I took my gloves off. I wanted rubber gloves with a cloth type interior. I bought one size bigger than I normally would use. PERFECT !!! These fit over the bandages on my fingers and do not stick. come off easily. Problem solved!!! Great Design. And I have another 4-5 months of treatment to get the nails fully grown out. But I can see the progress !!!
These medium size gloves fit perfectly! I was surprised and even the thumb fit right. I also like the blue color. The rubber on the bottom area feels funny, and sticks to things. I do NOT need for dishes since I discovered the long dish brushes years ago. I do NOT like water getting on hands w/dishes so the brush solved that problem. I will be using the gloves for putting Drano down sink and tub to make sure any hairs dissolve. I may buy another pair in the future. I also need to get some goggles for my eyes in case any splashing. The inside feels nice to the hands.
i finally got tired of flimsy dishwashing gloves. These are perfect. Thick and cushiony but still able to pickup a dish. Hope to have for many more months.
These gloves are a tight fit and once on they are very stiff. It would be hard for me to do anything while wearing these gloves. They seem to be sturdy and well made, but the simply do not fit well.
