I purchased these due to my Red blood count is extremely high and I am waiting to get blood work done. I'm 77 yrs old and have a constant cramp in one of my legs. I found the blood flow 7 has eased up the cramps and it seems like the flow in my veins has also improved. I will not know for sure until I get another test.

Since I've been taking Bloodflow I've noticed a decrease in my swollen legs and ankles. Seems to be working for me. It's only been a moth but I see results.

Just start taking it felt a little bit difference kind of disappointed in container. The container is way too big for the product. You know it's only half full in that container so I'm thinking either. I got gypped because it's not enough product for what I paid for are you wasting a lot of moneya container size?

Made a difference
I have seen a difference in my arms and legs feeling like they are going to sleep. That does not happen as often anymore. Blood pressure is lowering as well.
