I love this handy little rack. Being able to adjust the width of the tines is great for getting into tight spaces. It was perfect for reaching those spaces around the gutter down spouts and behind the air conditioner housing. When you're, done it collapses to 29 “ L and 7 1/2” tine width making it easy storage.

I love that the head widens or narrows to fit the job. I'm tall at 5'9. My husband is 6'. We can both use this rake with ease due to the extendable handle. My 6 year old and 2 year old can use it, too, when I let them. it's lightweight but strong enough for the tasks I've needed it for. Even bought one for my MIL.

I have another one and I like it because during the fall you can rake up the leaves and get them into your Leaf Bags easily. What I don't like about this is when I leave it outside for the season it will Rust, if you do leave out through the whole winter make sure it's in the position that you like the most!

Met all my expectations except the handle won't lock in to various length positions. Very irritating to be using and have handle shorten or lengthen.

The handle extends nicely but on occasion it loosens and retracts while in use and requires retwisting to secure in desired length. Otherwise this design works great as it can be adjusted to accommodate many types of materials to be raked and screened..

its not as heavy duty as it appears. not suitable for heavy leaf raking or yard clean up. best for minor touch up. the ability to narrow the head would work for getting behind bushes or flower beds and tight gardening needs that might have to be done without kneeling.

the mechanism that widens and thins the rake works great and holds in place very well. but the mechanism that lengthens or shortens the handle length falls well short of its intended function. i can not get it to stay secured at any length. i tighten it as much as i can, and within seconds of going through the raking motion, the mechanism fails, and the handle length is compromised.

Bad quality and construction. The handle does not stay together while using making it impossible to use. The actual rake tines with option to adjust size is nice especially for leaves but can't use since handle come apart.

Handle does not stay lock in place and there is a small crack in the plastic. The piece that locks in the width of the rake does not stay locked. Will be returning.

Shipping and delivery was delayed twice. Finally showed out for delivery and then delivered. Item was never delivered to my home. Customer service then told me I had to wait 24 hours to request a refund. Contact with customer service is poor and disjointed. Think twice before ordering from this vendor or Walmart!!
