I have been using this product for many years and it really works very well. It heals quickly and takes away the pain while it is doing the healing. This is my go to when I have any kind of mouth soar. I will be purchasing this for many years to come in the future.

As soon as I applied the liquid to the sore - relief! .. as an extra note, it also helps if you have a toothache. Be careful not to apply it to areas not needed because it numbs up pretty fast.

I had a great deal of pain all over the inside of my mouth. When first applied it burned alot and didn't taste very good because of my mouth's condition. But the pain numbing relief is immediate. Although it doesn't taste as good as other brands, it lasts for a longer time. After using a few more times the tadte isn't too bad anymore. I would highly recommend this. I have never ever experienced the immediate relief from an over the counter medicine st such a good price.

this stuff is amazing. ive had some really sharp teeth and painful gems. this stuff helps alot and it even has a great taste. my only issue is the plastic shaped honeycomb applicator can be rough and painful. would be better like their one with the brush. tho for some reason out of the 3 of theirs ive tried. i think this one is the strongest. they also beat out the go to ones that ppl think of 1st, on any of the 3 i tried.

I am really impressed with this medication! I had a large canker sore on the underside of my tongue caused by my partial that was extremely painful and refused to heal! Kanka formed a protective layer and allowed the canker to finally heal after over 3 months!

I did not like the taste, but it numbed my tongue. I had a tooth that lost the filling and bit my tongue. Until I got my tooth refilled, it helped. Good product.

Works really well. Does come out a lot on the applicator so I would recommend dripping most off before pulling down lip and drying I got a little too much on there but it works great and relieved my pain within a few minutes and is still working hours later even after drinking.

This product work immediately providing pain relief. One draw back is if you don’t get the medicine e exactly on your pain, that part of your mouth will be numb.

Not as good as their other products. Very weak formula. Applicator not very friendly to sensitive gums, and causes a sticky film to dry onto your lips no matter how careful you are. Works better if you just turn the bottle up onto the tip of your tongue quickly, then use your tongue to apply it where you need it. I have a sneaky suspicion that's what other folks are doing anyway. lol
