no way to hang unless you tack them up through the leaves, which i did and worked fine. or if you have hooks you can use those . lights are battery pack not plug in. takes AA batteries not included. they have like 10 settings of flashes which is neat. lights and vines are separate.

very cute!!! yes, they do have a tiny bit of a smell to them, just air them out a lil or spray w deodorizer, whatever. I actually just use tape to keep them up. The lights are a little tricky bc it's just one long strand (but not extremely long), so you have to kind of figure out placement for them but i just slapped em wherever. There are different light settings as well. Apparently the lights have an internal timer also, but they just stay on 24/7 for me lol, I don't really care that much about timing them.

The lights and vines are separate so know that. Besides that the installation was so easy i was able to use tape! great bang for your buck!! I recommend spraying perfume all over the vines though because they have a weird smell for the first couple days.

I bought the garland ivy lights to decorate our patio for an upcoming birthday party. The package arrived very quickly and it was very easy to put it together for the decoration. They look like real vines especially how they are intertwined. The led lights are nice and create a festive mood. I am thinking to bring them inside the house and use in my bedroom as a decoration to light up the room. I really like them.

I like them and they're easy to hang up but not exactly what I expected. I thought the lights and vines were connected and would be similar to curtain lights. Instead each vine is separate and there is just one string of lights. Still super pretty but not like the pictures.

Overall my daughter is happy so thats all that matters and why I gave it a 4. the leaves are pretty but they have a weird smell to them. it did air out but its definitely strkng at 1st. they hang nice and are long. the lights are just a strip and not many only covered half the wall going up and down. had to get another pack of lights. so if ur doing up and down consider that. the settings are cool and the white lights are pretty.

I tried to carefully read the description of what I was getting. It was NOT what I expected. I made due with what I got, with a lot of work on my end, to make it what I could use.
