Katbite Parchment Paper Roll 15 in x 242 ft - 300 Sq Ft with Cutter

I recommend this parchment paper, it's the best I've purchased or used. It's sturdy, easier to measure and has zipper cutting that makes it functionally better. It also has holders on the end of the box that actually hold the roll in place. It's much easier to use than the regular paper and we now use it to line nearly everything going in the oven, breads, pastry, meats, air frying, etc. works for everything!

Great product for the price. Heavy duty box, not cheap and floppy when you try to cut the paper. I use this parchment paper to wrap food in before i vacuum seal in in plastic. 👍 Will buy again and again.

It was easy to set up the slide cutter and pull the end of the roll out of the pre cut slit on the top. I did have to. cut the pre cut slit on each end because it was not long enough for the length of the parchment paper.

I use this parchment paper primarily for baking bread, and it works very well. The paper is noticeably thicker and stronger than many standard parchment papers, which makes it easy to transfer dough and handle heavier loaves without tearing. Even high-hydration sourdough dough releases cleanly without sticking. One of my favorite features is the built-in serrated cutter. It makes it easy to tear off exactly the amount needed without reaching for scissors, which is especially convenient when baking frequently. The non-stick coating performs well, helping bread release easily after baking and making cleanup much simpler. I also appreciate that it's unbleached, food-grade, and made from natural wood pulp. This holds up well even when air frying. The cutter works well and the holding box is sturdy enough i don't suspect it will fall apart before the roll is finished. The paper is very non stick and flavorless/odorless. I got this one when AI suggested it was a good option to avoid pfoas. So far I'm pretty happy with it but I wish it would say on the box pfoa free.

I love this product! It's very good quality from the parchment, to the box. It comes with a slide cutter. The 300ft does not, which I was disappointed in. And it lasted me way longer than any other one I have bought in the past. Best part , no bleach!!

I am very pleased with this parchment paper. I like the disperser, had to do a bit of alteration to the perforated place on top as the manufacturer's slot was not long enough to accommodate the width of the paper. Just move slowly and carefully and make the opening a bit longer on each end. By being careful I was able to cut some off each end so it comes out nicely. For once I didn't over do the cutting and ended up with a smooth just right fit so I will not have trouble every time I use it. It's going to last a long time. I love the paper itself which is the main thing. I am happy with the texture, hard to explain it, and have found it to be very strong.

I really like this parchment. The box cutter makes it easy to pull off and it cuts cleanly with a nice square edge. Some people have suggested it won't tolerate high temperatures bu I've used this to bake bread at 425 degrees and it didn't curl or burn after forty minutes.

The paper was wet from the cookies being cooked in the oven, had to use new sheet
