my chinchilla really likes it I can't can't tell you how it tastes though I have to ask my chinchilla she squeaks on it though LOL

I have used this food for my Chinchilla for over 10 years. Switched out a couple of times and either he didn't like it or in one case he got sick. I've read reviews that this is junk food for Chinchilla's but it has always kept my little guy happy and healthy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the Kaytee Fiesta chinchilla food, I was excited to give it to my chinchilla, Gilbert. I was happy to see the bits of the 7 different fruit and veggies (actual banana slices, pineapple chunks, and carrot chunks) the sunflower seeds and the granola bites; it's such a fun blend. As soon as I put the food in his bowl, he starts riling through the feed to find his favorite pieces; he loves the pellets, and the banana chucks the best but always eats everything in the bowl. Highly recommend.

So much more snacking and teeth cleaning foods in this than the other bag which I find impressive and well worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mix has everything: pellets, dried fruits, colorful bits, and my chinchilla Rat picks through it to find the treats first. He eats the basics eventually, but he definitely has favorites. I like that it gives some variety, but I do wish it had fewer sugary pieces since chinchillas are sensitive to that. It's easy to pour and store, and the bag seals well, I store it in the jar. I mix it with more plain pellets to keep things more balanced.
