Kaytee Fiesta Mouse & Rat Food, 2 Pounds

I love my pet rats. I feed them this mainly but I do include whatever I am eating as a treat. I chop up veggies and also give these as a treat. They are food motivated and they seem to like to grab these out of my hand and go stash them somewhere in their hiding spots.

I had a white mouse who liked this food. I now have a lil brown field mouse I rescued as a tiny baby and she only likes certain items. This product may be better for some small animals than others

I can't personally say it tastes great but our eats love it. The ingredients are good and the value for price is great!

I purchase this regularly as a supplement to my 3 pet ratties regular diet. They absolutely love it! It's like a treat to them.

We usually get a different brand but I felt like it was more "junk food" then actually pellets they need this one seems to be pretty good I give it 4 out of 5 stars simple because I thing the price is a little high but it's no higher then any other food just wish I can get more for my buck!!

I bought the Kaytee Fiesta mix because I liked that it had more variety than plain pellets, and my rats definitely seem more interested in it because there's a lot of different stuff to pick through. The downside is that they tend to grab their favorite pieces first and leave some of the rest behind, so I wouldn't say it's the best choice if you're trying to make sure they eat a completely balanced diet every time. Overall, they enjoy it and it gives them some variety, but I think it works better mixed with or alongside a more basic pellet food rather than being their only food.
