Kaytee Supreme Pellets Wild Bird Food, Peanuts, 2 lb Bag

My parrot likes these peanuts and he's fussy about his treats.

They liked them a lot, though I can't say if they enjoyed them any more or less than the usual mix I purchase. Regardless, if you have backyard critters, they will enjoy this special treat.

I just toss it in the yard and it's gone when I come back later that day or the next morning! The only downside is that the bag does come crushed sometimes. So a little better protection in the package could help out. I'll buy this again!

With the peanuts, I can leave them near the tree and the birds will pick them up and happily carry them away! Thank you for giving me an easy way to feed my birds even with my trees that are not feeder friendly!

He doesn't understand how people can deter them on purpose. Anyway, his bird feeder is always empty, so they must like them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Says for birds, and the woodpeckers and crows love them, but can't keep the squirrels away. Gone in half a day. Would prefer a resealable bag for added freshness. Also Kaytee offers other peanuts that are less pricey. Not sure what makes there Supreme. Overall happy with product.

Too expensive for 2 lbs, better going to the grocery section @ $1.98 a pound. I take good care of my squirrels, but sometimes pet purveyors take advantage.
