[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was trying this out I was concerned about the dust when pouring and to my surprise these was virtually none! I thought it would smell odd however there was no scent. I used this to line the bottom of my conures cage and it made clean up so easy! I would recommend this to any bird owner for sure.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This walnut bird litter is all natural and contains no artificial colors or additives. I felt good about using this product in my birds bedding. A nice even layer on the bottom of cage helps keep dropping from sticking to it, making for an easier clean up.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all natural litter for birds... yes birds is awesome! It's made from walnut shells so it's natural and safe for their fragile little bodies! It's easy to scoop the dropping or mess out and just add more to, or toss away what's a mess in the catch all tray at the bottom. I usually use old newspaper or puppy pads at the bottom of the cage but this is a cage changer and makes life easy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really liked this bedding for our broody female cockatiel. It was a great option for us because not only is it environmentally friendly to be using something like walnut shells, but it also was a material that she was unable to build up into mounds and use as nesting material. We definitely will continue using this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to review. I love it !!! It makes the cage look alot cleaner, the smell is better. And it's easy to clean. I use paper normally but the idea to try this has made me so happy. The birds make such a mess. And I like to keep them clean and happy this liter is the best I've used. And I've tried a few !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this bedding better then just using newspaper. It's made from walnut and is natural with no chemicals. The thing I didn't like about using newspaper was that my parakeets would pick at it and I didn't want them to digest any especially because it has ink!! This is a great alternative and I will continue to use!
Not much to say, it is litter. Would have gotten five stars, except for the very, very slow shipping. Oh well the shipping was free.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the bedding and litter makes it much easier to clean my birds living quarters. it was very messy to open, and when it came shipped it was messy in the box, but as long as it works, I'm okay with it. it makes owning birds a lot easier when they have litter.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This absorbed well and minimized odors. it did not create dust which was wonderful. I would recommend this product to others!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this bedding. It's supposed to work similar to cat litter, but I won't be using it with my cockatiel. Across the back of the package it states multiple times not to let your bird eat it. My cockatiel is practically a toddler, so keeping anything out of his mouth is impossible. I don't feel comfortable putting something in his cage that he could get hurt from. My bird likes to climb all over, so if he goes to the bottom to pick up a sunflower seed, I don't want him getting hurt scooping up the bedding with it. I won't use it, and I wouldn't recommend unless you have a cage with a barrier between the bird and the bedding without them being able to reach it.
