I was sure this wouldn't work. Not velcro, after all, but son of a gun-- sticks. Works just like advertised. I'm just not sure was the mesh sack is for.

The pads prevent the spray to spread out. My floor is sticky, doesn't feel clean. The positive....It saves money from buying the throw away refills.
