Was extremely helpful when I injured my back and could barely stand up, let alone shower, and continues to be a lifesaver with my fatigue and sensory issues. It's small enough to fit in a small shower without taking up too much space and light enough to lift into the bathtub fairly easily as well. Great for mobility/injury/energy issues, or even if you just have trouble getting through a shower and need a little boost (I'm talking to you ND peeps that just can't seem to get it done sometimes... I promise this will help... just get in there and sit under the water without having to be on the floor and do what you can do) Anyways... since I got this I have a much easier time showering and I'm less exhausted afterwards so I still have energy left to dry off and get dressed without wanting to collapse by the time the whole process is done.

I ordered this to have on hand for the holidays since we had elderly family and guests coming to town. The quality and sturdiness are good but the assembly was a bit difficult as one of the legs was cut to long. I ended up trimming it with a hacksaw to match the other leg. The included suction cup handle is a great idea but it will not stay stuck to my tile wall. I keeps coming loose so I cant really say I recommend it.

This chair is not sturdy at all for a weight capacity of 500. I weigh 290 and thought i wouldn’t take any chances and purchased a chair with a much higher weight capacity. Well that was a BIG NO!!!!Chair not sturdy at all when my 210 wight son sat on it! Very flimsy!

Described as being 19.29” inches tall height. When assembled it is only 17” inches height. This is too short fort me as I have difficulty getting up from low seats. I overlooked the fact it is not returnable and am disappointed. If you require a taller seat, do not buy this item.

This is entirely too low and apt to turn over too easily. I meant to order 1 and you sent 2 and now I have 2 shower stools that I can’t use as I see too late I can not return. I will not be ordering again if this is your policy. We are elderly and have trouble with balance and we needed a taller more sturdy seat for the shower.

I don’t way near 500 lbs . This seems to be a defect with the chair as this same thing has happened to other people, falling is very dangerous for me and your knowingly selling a defective product. My lawyer will be the next phone call

The stool is short for someone who has trouble standing up. It has a really small seat for someone who is 500 pounds. I only weigh 250 and my thighs hung over the edges 3-4 inches. Sturdy but not for an adult maybe a child!!!

This shower bench basically looks like it's for a child. Even though in the description it tells you it is for the elderly and it holds up to 500 pounds. It is so sharp that you can't hardly get up from this shower bench. I've wasted my money on this shower. Bench, I want my money back. I would NOT recommend this shower bench at all

This product is UNSAFE. Despite being put together by a medical professional and the client weighing 144 pounds, the legs bent after 2 uses, causing him to crash in the shower. The client WAS BADLY INJURED requiring medical care! I want to warn the public and let Walmart know this product is unsafe and does not work as advertised, despite following the directions precisely. For the good of all involved, I recommend Walmart cease carrying this unsafe product due to the safety risk and harm it could cause others. Finally, I think it is abhorrent that this severely defective product, on which a person was badly injured is not eligible for return. I will be going to Amazon for a similar item and I will be sure to share my scary experience with everyone I can in order to warn them, hopefully preventing anyone else from being harmed by this dangerous item. One of the stability cross-bars doesn’t have the hole in the right size for the screws. The screws are correct according to the provided number of each type shown in the instructions. I don’t want to return it, but I can’t get the screws which would fit in the insert of the bar or the bar with the insert with the correct fit for the screws that I have. I don’t understand the difficulty.
