I add chia seeds to make it more filling for breakfast. The packaging is great, i mean the box describes more of what it has in front which I like.

It has a neutral flavor, which I like and I added a bit of sugar and cinnamon. It's a large box, enough for a few mornings between us. Overall, I'm happy with the lightness of it and it made my mornings faster compared to cooking. I would recommend it to others.

I like that this current version of it seems to be lighter than previous versions. I like that the flakes come in nice shape and even though they are so light, they don't come broken down and dusty. The flakes retain their shape and crunch after being soaked in milk for a couple of minutes, which I truly enjoyed. I liked also using this on a breakfast parfait, it added a nice light crunch while mixed with yogurt and fruits.

The cereal is great alone with just milk and you can also add your own fruits to it making it more healthy. The flakes seem to be more flaky and crisp. I highly recommend it. The entire family enjoyed it.

I love Special K original but something has changed. I thought I had chipped a tooth on something hard. I looks like rice. This is the only cereal I eat. So I would like to know what has changed.

I bought 2 boxes of Special K Family Size, they are completely inedible. Very hard pieces, within the flakes. Harmful to teeth. Like little stones. It hurt so much I thought I chipped my tooth. What is going on???

This product can barely be eaten. It has very very hard bits that can break your teeth. Truly awful. The little bits are almost clear and I don't console this cereal even edible.
