I like knowing when I have a busy day and do not have time. I can drink this and get all the nourishment my body needs.

Tastes surprisingly good. It's great as a snack or quick meal. The best part is no blender mess to clean up!

They have done it! They made eating fruits and veggies fun and with a great taste. This is so easy to take with you when you work or travel and create a fruit smoothie. Much less mess than juicing or the blender.

Surprisingly tasty. No weird after taste or off putting flavors. Clean and bright flavors. Best consumed so cold it's almost frozen.

Sort of bland and there are no sweetners at all. It doesn't get thick like a smoothie and even after using the bottle made for these, i still had little clumps after shaking vigorously (maybe strawberry?)

First off, the least important factors first: presentation/ appearance: the “bright and vibrate red” color advertised , both through item listing photos, and presented both visually and written in box is absolutely false. It’s very much a murky brown color. More importantly: Taste: following the directions on the package : equivalent of chalk mixed with very faint chia seed taste, and if your looking EXTREMLY hard for it, you can almost convince yourself you may taste a hint of banana. So to summarize : brown, chalky dirty tasting liquid with a slight chia seed essence as a left over taste.

Tried in water and in milk both times were very unpleasant. I am disappointed to say these are pretty terrible. First it tasted like watery strawberries and then with lactose free milk barely any taste but a strong sweet aftertaste that wasn’t good. For the thicken part I will say this bottle did assist the liquid to thicken like a smoothie.

I would rate this a negative I could it's just like the last flavor lattice cinnamon or whatever it's so nasty the title deceives the flavor says Berry or whatever but they put dates and other stuff in there and then iced latte they put all this other ingredients in there and it's very deceiving and it's very nasty. and on top of it all you're paying all this money for something that is not worth it come on do better
