I love my vacuum and yes, it does tackle pet hair. But those HEPA replacement filters-wowzers, are they expensive. Ok, I'll pay for quality, but the shipping costs on top of my order really set me back. If I could find this product locally so I could drive by and make a purchase, I would. Any way to reduce shipping costs by using a different vendor? Ouch.

I was seeking to return a product that did not work with my Kenmore vacuum and contacted customer service via email. At their request, I attached a picture of the incorrect bag ordered along with model # of my Kenmore 200 series cannister vacuum. I rec'd an email stating they were sending me the correct bag and to either dispose of or donate the bags. When the replacement came it, I only rec'd 1 bag and I had ordered (6) bags and paid $40 on the original order. I have sent another email advising I wish to return the original order and receive a credit on my credit card. The most recent email was sent 04/06 and I have not heard back.

Purchased vacuum bags. They only ship FedEx. Really. Needed the desperately so paid for fedex. Should have received faster But did not. Will not reorder through kenmore again
