Kenra Professional Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner Set, 33.8 Fl Oz

I really like that it cleans and conditions my hair without weighing it down. it does not feel like it has all of the natural oils stripped out either. it is the perfect balance of clean and moisture. Also, the smell is wonderful!

This Kenra sh/cond are perfect for my naturally curly hair. This line smells AMAZING, coconut, clean salon smell.

It is pre-packaged and so other than the one leaking bottle from mishandling, it was fine. you may need to put more packaging material in the box to avoid this happening again.

Received the items and the caps on both bottles were loose. Product had spilled out of bottles. Normally when I order these items the product comes with tape of caps but not this time.

I love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. Received it in good timing but shipping the bottle had opened and leaked some but luckily wrapped in a bag.

The shampoo is really watery and the conditioner smells kind of like chlorine so I'm really doubting this is actually Kenra! My hair is very hard to comb thru after using this!

Love the smell of this stuff, packaging on the other hand needs some work, the two bottles were wrapped together, no protection to the top so both tops broke inside the bag and leaked everywhere!

Put 1 star cause no 0 0 rating 33oz shampoo and conditioner 39$ arrived damaged plastic bag was open liquid leaked out from both bottles into bag bottles were less then half full caps were loose poorly packed , broken pump cracked . Contacted Walmart , first by chat then An hr on phone with 2 seperate customer service , no problem refund issued no need to return damaged product like that since open liquid or bring to store so they said , ! I get an email stating refund will be issued upon shipping received or return to store . Thats not what customer service said So back to the phones again to customer service , buyers beware re: this seller and dealing with Walmart customer service for my refund .

The products sent to me were not what I ordered. I figured they changed packaging, but this is definitely not the right product. I gave it a try to see, and it smells like cat litter. AWFUL!!

I feel like this was watered down. It took a lot more product to wash and condition both. I won't buy from this seller again.
