I heard about this from Abbey Yung. I had some nail issues. I had ridges and a few spots from overzealous cuticle pushing or over drying nail polish remover. This has definitely made my nail beds look healthier and smoother. I've been using this for over a month now. Definitely recommend.

ABSOLUTE MUST: You must use it consistently, and I mean once a day to twice a day, everyday. It will work if you follow the instructions. It takes months to fully eliminate toe fungus.

it seems to help. it certainly helps a nails that are tearing to hold together so they don't snag on something in tear apart. I'm going to have to see my doctor about what I'm dealing with but in the meantime this is helping

danger be aware!!!!!!!!!
I don't know what is in this bottle, but my nails were not that bad at all. I've always taken care of my nails. I just wanted to repair them a little bit because of all the Polish over the years. this stuff has done the most bizarre things to my nails. things that I have never seen before. I have to now see a doctor to figure out why my nails are so discolored and they're starting to break really bad. the nails are actually starting to lift up off of my nail bed. I can't explain it it's so horrible. I've never had anything like this happened before

Look elsewhere for a product that works.
In my case, not worth the money. used as directed and used it for an even longer period of time to make sure I gave it adequate time to work. Saw NO improvement in condition.
