Bad experience with Fake Product and Refund Issue
I am extremely disappointed with this seller. The Kérastase products I received appeared to be counterfeit based on the packaging quality and printing. I did not open the items because it was clear they did not match the authentic product I have previously purchased from authorized salons. I returned both products unopened. However, I was refunded for only one item, which created unnecessary delays and required multiple follow-ups. Selling what appears to be counterfeit premium haircare products is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
