This Conditioner has been my daily go to conditioner for decades !!! Love all the Krarastase products 😍

Overall nice conditioner which makes my hair feel silky without being too heavy and weighted down as I have medium fine hair

I really struggle with conditioners to add any kind of nourishment to my length but this really did and my hair felt light and soft

I've had many compliments on my hair since using this along with the other products. Only a small amount is needed so the bottle will last ages. Will definitely repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll add context by saying that I am a bit of a sceptic with most hair products, particularly those that claim to address split ends, having used many over the years that have done a whole lot of nothing. Reading the ingredients, I truthfully thought this was going to be another one of those products, and I put off trialling it to write this review because mentally, I'd already written it off as not working. I finally gave it a go, and to my dismay, the condition of my hair felt significantly better from the first use. Three uses later and my husband even commented on it, saying "your hair looks better than it has in years, what have you done to it?". I can't quite believe it, but it's become a staple in my hair routine and I can feel the difference every time I use it. It feels like my hair is finally recovering. The smell is honestly pretty awful to me though, so that is one downside. I have been using the conditioner in combination with the shampoo and serum (which also actually work), so I do imagine some of the hair condition improvement is related to these products, and I can't be sure that the combination isn't what is having the effect over the conditioner in isolation. I did however try using the shampoo and conditioner alone, and observed a noticeable improvement when I added the serum into the routine too, so I do believe the serum goes beyond what the shampoo and conditioner can do. The serum also follows nicely after the shampoo and conditioner as it helps to get rid of the awful smell. I was kindly gifted this by Kérastase in exchange for a review, and I'm adding this as a disclaimer in the interest of honesty, however I will be repurchasing with my own money when I run out. I hope that my review doesn't come across forced as I certainly wasn't manipulated or told in any way to leave a positive review by Kérastase; I genuinely can't praise this product enough. A miracle product for me, and one I absolutely believe is worth the price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is absolutely amazing, normally i can't get a brush through my hair and after using this conditioner the brush went straight through not only that it leaves your hair looking incredibly healthy and shiny. My hair felt like silk to touch I am definitely keeping this in my beauty routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner does what it says, it is ultra light, and nourishes at the same time you don't feel a lot of product build up and makes your hair so soft. I had no issues at all with tangles in my hair after using this and I usually do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! I have thick, wavy hair that tends to get frizzy and dry, especially at the ends. This conditioner has done wonders for my hair. It is lightweight and doesn't weigh my hair down, but it also provides enough moisture to make my hair feel softer and smoother. I use it mainly on my ends, and it has helped to repair and prevent split ends.

I completely agree with another negative review — this conditioner was a huge letdown. I've been a loyal Kérastase user for years and have always trusted the brand for my long hair. I purchased this product expecting it to detangle and soften my hair, but it did the exact opposite. For the first time ever, I ended up with serious knots and lost more hair than usual while brushing. My hair felt waxy and tangled after washing — not what you expect from a premium product. I was really looking forward to smooth, manageable hair, but instead, I was shocked by the poor results. Kérastase has always been my go-to for hair care, so I'm genuinely surprised and disappointed by the quality of this conditioner. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing this one.

I recently tried the new formula of this conditioner, and I have to say it's a major disappointment. I would not recommend this conditioner anymore. I hope they reconsider their decision and bring back the old formula that worked so well. I wish I could get my money back
