I like the control I get with using this product on my very thick Keratin treated curly hair. It helps smooth out my hair and makes it feel soft and silky.

Product unsealed and runny.
I could smell the product when I opened the packaging. Seal had been removed and it was sticking to the opening by a smear of product. Product seemed runny. I filled out a form asking for a refund but was never contacted even though the text says that you' be contacted within a couple days. Are they selling returned products?
