It came with a protective serum, the color cream, and a conditioning mask. My hair looks youthful, and it covers my gray hair perfectly.

I am not sure if I am a fan of the color, but my hair feels smooth and soft after using it. So far, the color hasn't faded or turned brassy, which I love.

It was a good formula not too runny like some other dyes.. When I buy this brand again I will pick a different. Maybe the medium blond it looks a bit warmer.

Does NOT Cover Grey or Silver Hair. Smells great though. I ordered Dark Ash Blond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looking at the color results on the side of the box usually gives an accurate depiction of what to expect, but there was zero shade change on my end. the product was creamy and easy to apply considering it was a bleach product. no harsh smell or massive burning sensation. overall it seems like a great product but the dark ash did not work and I'd love to try one of the other shades in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This did almost nothing to change the hair color. It may have balanced out the natural hair and made it shiny. No one else noticed a change either. When I say it did nothing it also made no difference to the texture of hair (not dyed and chemical feeling) which is a plus for sure. I will not get this again.
