Now that it is put together I am happy. Was a bit tricky to get together and popping some of the places into its place actually ended up breaking tiny pieces off of the heavy duty plastic. I love the lid feature that keeps it open. It can be latched ans locked too which is awesome! It is honestly huge and a ton can fit in it! Besides the hiccups putting it together I am very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. It’s so versatile. I could use it indoors outdoors and also put it in my garage. I love that it protects our things it’s waterproof and it holds so much stuff. It’s such a great storage option and I love that it has and if it’s so nice, you could put pillows on top of it and make it look like a avenge, but inside hold on I will definitely recommend this product to my family and friends

Our DIY wood deck finally rotted and the hubby did not want to build another so this was a quick find and it checked all the boxes. It arrived so quickly and I put it together myself no problem. Looks great and very nice quality. The shocks are very smooth. I didn't really want brown but it was cheaper. When we got it, I couldn't even tell it was brown, it was so dark.

I was really surprised at how roomy this box is! It fit all my kids outside toys, as well as their scooters and skateboards, and had enough room leftover for my gardening supplies and camping chairs. It was very easy to assemble, just like the box says, 30 minutes and you're ready to go! Plus, it's sturdy enough to double as a seat. I love this deck box!

Keter Brightwood Deck Box comes in a flat box and is not too heavy to move about to the space you will be assembling it. I will mention that if you want to add rolling casters to the box - def do this BEFORE your put it together! I wanted to add casters after I assembled the box to keep it off the ground and for easy moving when loaded, realized that there was no way to secure the caster rods after assembly. Very study box. Good size for all of summers' out door seat, cushions and pool toys. The side clips were a little stubborn to click set into the base, so did end up using a rubber mallet. The easy lift pitons are very sturdy and keep the lid open so you are safe drumming around for supplies in the box. When lid is closed the top makes a sturdy seat for a couple adults. The box took me about 30 minutes to assemble the box alone. It was easy. For me this was money well spent. Using the box to store all my hobby supplies. There must be 1000 different uses for the box and it does not just have to be for the outside deck.

I have no idea what some people had a problem with regarding this storage box but it is awesome. Packaging was great. Everything in perfect condition. All parts there and perfectly labeled. Instructions were perfect. I'm a 57 year old woman and I assembled it alone in about 45 minutes. Would be helpful to have another person to hold the lid while assembling it (last step) but I was able to hold it up with my shoulders/head just fine. Make sure you have a rubber mallet for the "snap together" pieces as they are large and it's tough to get a good grip to snap them together. Assemble on a soft surface (carpet) to avoid damaging parts or flooring. Once assembled, the box is large, well-constructed and very attractive. The lid stays up by itself for loading/unloading. Really awesome box!

This is the second one we bought. Loved it for the deck last year so decided to add one to the kids play area for those huge balls that never fit anywhere. First one from last year still looks great too, its a little faded but looks more like wood now.

It's ok. Light plastic as expected, but multiple parts came broken- one of the soft close hinges and also a piece that clicks the lid into the box. Seems like too much work to return it since I discovered the broken pieces after already starting to put it together. Color is darker than picture.

This was not a good experience. I am a big time user of deck storage boxes. We have one for pool toys, one for pool inflatables, another for towels.... etc. I've had the suncast model for years with zero issues, but they're brown and I needed black to match our updated decor. These are pricey but I bought them because I have another keter deckbox, the westwood, which is huge and we used to store large items and it's been a godsent. So when we saw these in the 120 gallon size I had to get them. Upon arrival one of the pieces was cracked. Life happens. Reached out to customer service for a replacement part. No Answer, nothing But like a month later the replacement piece arrived in the wrong color. I returned the whole thing, and bought a new one. This one was cracked too! I returned it and got a third, all was well. Ordered one more. No issues with that one. so 50/50 on how they arrived 2 bad, 2 good. I assembled them, much tougher than the suncast to put together but they looked great! UNTIL...... Weeks later my daughter had a pool party, told her friends no need to bring towels, we have like two dozen in the pool box. Except, when they went to open the box I got the teenage girl EWWWWWWWW! All the towels were hugely mildewed and molded. Water clearly had gotten in the boxes and soaked through the towels. I check the one with the pool toys and they were wet. water had gotten through to them, but no real issue with that. After 4 loads of towels, 3-4 runs of the 3 hour steam cycle per load and lots of vinegar and baking soda we saved a little less than half the towels. I looked at the deck boxes more closely. The bottom piece joins together right in the middle. It doesn't fully close so water must have been getting in there. There were also holes in the corners of the box where blades of grass grew through the one box which was not on a solid surface. Both the grass and the cement one both got water though. These are a no go. They're beautiful to look at, big and deep and close well. But my suncast and my other keter have kept water out for YEARS, these failed in in the first few weeks.
