Excellent keyless entry door lock, this keyless lock was so simple easy to install and program, I just removed the old dead bolt and installed the new keyless door lock and followed the instructions to program the keypad PIN number, card, and finger print. My only draw back is the you get two keys for a family of four, not enough keys. Thank for making my life easier.

I love it sometimes the thumbprint will give you a hard time unlocking the door, but overall, I love it

I gave my rating a three star because I am having issues with people hacking into my lock and I got this lock to feel some what safe, and now I honsetly don't . Maybe for smart locks is where it could be hacked free. Over all I like how it looks, and how you could use all five codes to the lock and it is easy setup. Thank you for the smart lock….

I couldn't believe the price I was with Xfinity for the very same phone. I was to pay like three hours and $.38 33 payments for the very same phone that I received from straight talk for one payment of $38.

Overall it works however there is a delay when unlocking the door at times and the restriction toggle is easily movable so you can easy lock yourself out if you do not have a key. My children have done this often

Can not be in high Heat. and in my Walk out the temperature gets over 100 degrees. The battery could catch on Fire. Have to return to Walmart:(

If you lock it from inside or with your phone the thumb print doesn't work to open it. You basically have to use a key most of the time.

the locks does not work properly will not come all the way out to lock the door fully
