the A/C unit arrived on the day that was posted in good condition. This Air conditioner is a very good product. Installation is easy and the directions easy to understand. Once installed, it is very quiet and with the fan mode on and temperature set to your comfort level, it runs like a top! It quickly cools my living room (12 X 10 ) and kitchen ( 12 X 14) . It has a remote control unit, which I like too. Over all, this is a very good buy for the money and I can recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a sturdy and dependable A/C unit.

i have had so many restless days and night due to the heat . Within 20 minutes the unit had my entire apartment feeling like the freezer meat section and its super quiet . This was a Phenomenal purchase and i recommend this unit to anyone needing a Wall AC with 115V ... Keystone you got it right ........ Did i mention i received the unit overnight instead of next week as scheduled . You have to Love Walmart !!!!!

It cools fast and the dehumidifier feature is very useful. I was surprised when i found out about it.

The a/c was very easy to install and fit perfectly! It cools the entire space and runs quietly. My mom is very pleased.

My apartment was 84 degrees hot during the first heat wave! Oh, the delivery was July 12 and I was in the hospital on the 2nd to the 5th. So I get home and there it was my new through the wall A/C waiting for me. They put it there to be waiting for me to have it put into place. Two days later it was put in, set, turned on and it ran like a dream. It cooled down my apartment in no time and I got out my wheel chair to the sofa, feet up, watch TV. It was quiet, nice and cooled off before, I knew what happen I was sleeping like a baby!! Thanks Wal Mart for delivering early my A/C!! You and my new A/C made more than my day. If my apartment was bigger and room for another A/C. Why I would buy another one A/C like this one!! I'll tell anyone to buy an A/C like the one I bought from Wal Mart!!! This was a great purchase an old lady can make for herself. Yea!!!

This works perfectly. It does not have 4 way air channeling as promised but who cares because it cools a rather large space quickly and quietly and arrived ASAP.

Works well. The cord could be longer but they all seem about the same. Energy saver mode works just fine to keep room comfortable and today was in the high 90's.

Nice size for small apartment. Easy to install, quiet unit.

This AC unit is unacceptably loud, louder than the 30 yr old unit that I replaced.

Less than 2 years old and barely used for 5 months and the compressor is shot. Good thing I purchased the extended warranty thru Walmart or I would be out the $429. Keystone was absolutely no help, but walmart service is great.
