Keystone 14,000 BTU 230-Volt Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with Remote, White, KSTAT14-2C

AC was not delivered on date specified. Only one day late. I contacted Walmart and Walmart issued me a credit for shipping fee. AC Installed last week and it's working fine. Hopefully it will last a long time. Sufficiently cools living room area. Cools quickly. The remote is a nice feature. I would recommend this product; although I am not familiar with the brand. Good value.

The a/c was delivered so fast! It only took 2 days to arrive. I'm so glad because my old a/c was on it's last legs and was barely working. It was super easy to install. They send you everything you need. The controls are pretty self-explanatory. I did have to read the manual for the remote though. It took about an hour and it has the apartment nice and cool. It's pretty quiet too. Compared to my old one, it's much more quiet! It's a little more expensive than I wanted to pay, but it is definitely getting the job done. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Bought this a month ago after our old through the wall ac gave up. This new ac was the same size but way more features, higher btus, energy saver feature, and has heat. It came with complete accs such as foam strips, back protective grills, etc. Btw, for installation, i hired an electrician which im glad i did. The manufacturers of these brand was so concerned about the customers safety that the had a built-in breaker w/ led light on the 240v 20amp plug (different plug from 240v 15amp). So he had to re-route our outlet from hidden inside the wall to the frontside (and upgrading our outlet at the same time). So if the power fluctuates, the built in breaker will trip to protect the sc unit and your home, all i have to do is press the button on the plug to reset without having to remove the whole ac to access the plug. But if your ac outlet is located on the front, then you have nothing to change. Great product, bang for the buck.

Great Air conditioner! Very impressed on how well and efficient this air conditioner is. Very easy install, easy to use, and great instructions. Price, as always, is great! Highly recommended!

Great little machine! Runs quiet. Shuts off when room reaches temperature set so it is very efficient! Actually, I think this was the best feature. It competently cools the room down.

Works good, was somewhat easy to install and get it running. Have not had any issues with it. Have not tried the remote. We pretty much just keep it at 70 degrees.

We are very happy with our new air conditioner

We bought our Keystone through the wall airconditioner a month ago, it has cooled our place over some of the hottest days of the summer, the fan is not loud and allows us to keep it running while watching tv. It was very easy to install. We are very please overall, would recommend this product.

The best we can get for a wall unit for an 8th floor apartment.

The problem that I'm having is that my wall unit is set up high on the wall above the windows. The unit allows you to have the cold air either blow straight out or upwards, but there's no way to set it so that it would blow down towards the room.
