Keystone New 8,000 BTU 350 Sq Ft Window Air Conditioner with 3,500 BTU Supplemental Heat, White

I bought this exact same unit a little over five years ago and paid about half of this. I was disappointed that the price had increased so much but it still worked well to heat and especially cool my guest house for the past five years. I live in Phoenix so the temperatures can sometimes exceed 115 degrees. I had the guest house rented for the past five years and the tenants said that it kept it cool. The times I went in there to clean I noticed how quickly it brought the temperature down. It's considered a portable or wall unit, so it's not meant to last forever but it did well for the past five years and I'm hoping to get at least that long from this new one.

Well, worth the money if you need an air conditioner I'm sure you're gonna need a heater as well. I'm using the air conditioner right now. I'm not so sure about the heater part. I'm still learning well worth the money Nice quality the compressor and the motor looks really nice on the backside of the air conditioner

don't be the usual guy... READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Save yourself some time and aggravation. Cools really well. Haven't tried the heat yet. Love the features it offers as well! and great savings!

Relatively quiet and works well. Love that there's no water dripping from the evaporator.

The measurements given online were not correct and we did not find that out until we cut a bigger hole in my house for this unit.needless to say when we measured this unit it was the exact same size as my old unit, so extra work had to be done to fix the issue. Don’t trust there measurements , measure your unit before cutting to fit what was supposed to be the measurements

A/c unit came damaged. The housing has a big dent in it. It's heavy to return.

the heat did not work and it was too noisy

does not work will not come on

it does not work how do i return this and get my money back?
