Keystone All Natural Beef, 14.5 oz Can

Looks just like Sunday roast beef dinner Taste it too. Actually felt this was a good price for this meat. It's already cooked and you could eat it cold. I used it to make Texas chili with beans and everyone loved it. Good value for the money.

Perfectly cooked and needs no additionally seasoning. It allows me to make a quick meal with diced potatoes, onions, peppers and refried beans!

With what's going on with the beef situation in the US, I decided to try Keystone canned beef. I can honestly say that this product surpassed my expection. It's real beef and tastes like a tender roast. It tastes great, not too salty and had just a little fat. I added mushrooms, chopped onions, chopped green peppers, and one packet of Lipton onion and mushroom soup mix. I added about a cup of water and made a slurry of water and flour which made a nice brown gravy. I let it simmer for about a half hour. I served it over rice. It's delicious and I expect the chicken, turkey and pork to be as good. I'm definitely stocking up on Keystone Meats!

My initial reaction after opening the can, was not good. The aroma of canned beef, I'm sorry to say just reminds me of puppy food but once you hear it up it smells like pot roast. It also looks like pot roast or stew, broth included. It had a few chunks of fat on top not too much. I made fresh tortillas, put a little of the beef in two of them with cheese, pineapple salsa, shredded cabbage and sour cream. There's still enough beef for two more burritos. Hardy dinner. I wanted to try the canned beef because it doesn't contain any added unhealthy ingredients and thought it might be good as another emergency food option.

Ive ordered this 5 times but for some reason this time I didnt get what I ordered. I ordered 3x2 pks total 6 cans. I only got 3 cans. Walmart did refund me the full price even though I said I only need the rest of my order or refund for 3 cans. O well ill spend it here. I hope this was a fluke %26 this doesnt happen again. Canned meat is expensive enough. The meat itself is canned beef. Like you find in canned stew. Good for using in things. I tend to use it in my mex mix with beans %26 rice. %26 use to make tacos %26 enchiladas. I also have used over potatoes with extra veggies %26 gravy. quick %26 easy meal. Have made stew out of it as well. I usually make a can last 3 or 4 meals if using directly. You do need to remove the fat from the sides %26 some tendon/grizzle. Theres not much of that %26 its easy to separate. You do get your money worth on meat. I imagine they cant make it completely fat free as that is how beef gets its flavor.

I love the ingredient list, but I can't say how it tastes, because all the cans are dented. This is my 3rd shipment in two weeks, and the other two shipments had dented cans as well, but this time 11 out of 12 are dented cans.

I haven't used the product yet, however I'm very disappointed with the condition of the item. One of the cans is very badly dented. I'm attaching photos below. As you can see, one can is fine, the other is really dented on the front of the can. This probably happened because they were shipped in a bag and not a box. I really hope it tastes good.

The beef itself may be fine, but the cans were shipped in a glorified manila paper bag, and every can is dented in multiple places, including on seams. Kind of defeats the purpose of canning. The fault here lies with Walmart, not Keystone. One star for the fact that Walmart delivered the ordered product on time.

All three cans was smashed am not happy with that, i paid for a good item not for damaged

If you buy this product make sure you check out the can. Bought 2 and 1 has a bubble on top I checked it like all cans and it would pop every time you push it. Very Dangerous to eat any food that has a bubble and it pops. Do not eat. Still had 5 more years left of the expiration date
