KFFKFF Adjustable Power Cage Squat Rack for Home Gym, Strength Training Equipment with Barbell Storage, J-Hooks, and 550LBS Capacity for Squats, Bench Press, and Weight Lifting

Came on time and works well.

Nicely fits my 25,35 and 45 lb pairs very easily

Easy set up smaller to fit in tight area

works fine, good price

for the price , great addition to the at hom gym. adjustments as needed which come in handy. also if you use 1inch diameter weighted plates like myself , thin this also offers a holding section for plated.

The rack arrived in a relatively slim box, nicely packaged. Assembly was quite easy and it was up in no time. I'm sure it'll do its job, but I feel it's cumbersome to adjust. Having to unscrew two knobs for each support and one for width is just too much. Dips handles on the back are unnecessary and will probably will never be used. Using them would require moving the whole rack. I feel like the fit should have been a little tighter on the telescoping pillars and horizontal support.

I'm overall happy with this rack, especially for the price. The squat rack is adjustable up and down. You have to remove screw in pins to adjust it, which isn't the most convenient, but also makes it seem strong. The included J hooks seem sturdy, but they are much bigger than the upper part of the rack rail. This creates a lot of room for them to move. I don't think it makes it less safe but it does seem a bit odd. The metal seems to be on the thinner side, but it was able to hold the weight I put on it which was a little over 200 lbs. I got this for its ability to adjust width, and it works well for that. I don't plan on using the dip handles. When I tried a few after putting the rack together, I noticed that because the upper part of the rack isn't connected it will flex way out under my weight. This isn't a problem with a connected weight, like a barbell. Finally, assembly was pretty easy. The rack comes with all the bolts you need as well as some wrenches.

They look good and work good. I wish the metal was a little heavier duty. But they will work just fine.

The concept is great but the quality and design is flawed. The inner and outer tubes do not align and the red brackets do not go in willingly once the lock nuts are secured. Then you have the side locking nut that hits the weights on the bar.

Junk. Not worth the effort to disassemble and return. As a dip bar it is ridiculous because even the lowest setting is like doing pushups on a thin wire that wont stay still. Absolute trash tier garbage
