Kid Connection Electronic Walking Pet, Poodle

The Kid Connection Walking Pet, Poodle is the cutest toy dog. I have purchased several different toy puppies over the last year, and this one is the best one yet! I love the body because it is firm but covered with smooth material that reminds me of a closely shaven puppy. The poodle is about 10 inches tall from the feet to the top of the head, and about 10 inches long from the base of the tale to the tip of the nose. The attached leash is made from a thick rubber like material, and it is about 24 inches long from the place where it connects to the poodle to the handle of the leash. The leash has two buttons that operates the poodle. There is an on and off switch on the underside of the poodle. I was happy to discover that the poodle is able to walk on carpet. My carpet is not plush, but the poodle can walk on the carpet and the hard wood without difficulty. I think it is the cutest thing to see her cross off the carpet on to the hardwood and back again, which she can do without a struggle. Her walk is not fast but steady. If there is one thing that I think is worth pointing out, this is a loud toy. The poodle barks and makes other noises the entire time that she is activated. Therefore, if you do not like kids play noise, this is not a toy for your kid.

We love this children's dog walking toy. Both of my kids (ages 1 and 4) love to play with it. My only complaint is the dog has a very loud pitched bark but it doesn't bother the kids. We've had this for weeks and play with it on a daily basis and the batteries are still going strong!

This little toy is so cute! My daughter loves it. It barks and actually walks and even has a little leash. It's a great size for my daughter who is 5. It has an on and off switch which is easily accessible. It stays semi clean even after maximum use which is a great thing!

Great idea for a pet! My son who is 1 and my daughter whom is 7, fight over this toy when it's available. She hides it from him and of course when he plays with it I have to supervise. I love the bright color and the soft coat. The size is pretty decent, but the cord is short so it would be for a young child, but my big girl still loves it. It replicates the look if a retractable leash and the buttons actually make the dog walk or wag it's tail. It barks when walking and pants when it's wagging it's tail. Just like a real dog. So cute especially since we can't own a dog right now. My sister even got a purple kitten for my 3yr old niece. Definitely recommend.

This little pup is super cute. My five year old girl loved playing with it. It has an attached remote control line and very simple buttons that cause the dog to move and make sounds. The pup will bark, pant, walk, and wiggle it's tail. My five year likes to pick the pup up and cuddle it. It already had batteries installed which is a huge plus! The color is very vibrant and my child commented on how soft the body is and loved the soft squishy head. Great little item and I believe a fair price.

This is perfect for a little girl who wants a puppy but can't have one due to circumstances great to pretend to walk around my daughter plays with it for hours pretenders her real dog visit brushes it works it to the park when we go play she loves this dog treats it just like a real dog love that it makes real dog noises and walks on the leash pretty cool toy for your little girl who wants a dog I can't have one

This is just so Adorable! My Little One plays with it every day. She loves the pretty Pink color and the soft fur of the Poodle. It was a little larger than we expected it would be, which is great. The dog has a Leash, which is fun for Little Ones since they believe they are really are walking a dog. The dog makes dog sounds and walks and that cute, little Tail wags. It's the Best Pet Ever.

Fun animated pup. My 3yr old loves it. Drawbacks are it is LOUD and doesn't have adjustable volume. It also doesn't automatically turn off. Once you push a button it will continue to bark and whine until you push the button again and turn it off. Which means it will bark and whine indefinitely. Great fun for the toddler. For Mommy, not so much!

I really think this Pink poodle is adorable overall. The color, and overall appearance are super cute. My 4yr old daughter loves it, has walked her all over the house, and already named her Maxine, lol. However, after about 5mins the barking sound became super annoying. I really wish it had other sound options besides just “barking”. I mean c'mon, who likes nonstop barking dogs? Nobody. I let this continue for about 15mins before Maxine had to have her batteries taken out. Would I recommend to a friend? Mmm maybe if I want to play a joke on them while swooning over their kids. Lol.

This is a very basic walking dog. It walks, shakes it tail, barks and thats it. It is really loud and annoying. If you are looking for a gift for that friend who always gets your kids annoying gifts, this is it. The appearance is cute though. It is soft, fluffy and pink is fun! I did like that the remote is 1 - attached to the leash for the dog so no worries about losing it, and 2 - the animal stops making noise when you push the button again.
