these batteries are designed for the smoke detectors they're heavy duty and they're supposed to last at least 3 years 5 years if they are in the package and not being used they come in at two pack they're a great value and so far so good I'll have to revise my review in a year and let you know how it's doing

Wow
I purchased a 9 volt Kiddie battery for my Kiddie Smoke Detector. Originally I intended to purchase a Duracell. But when I realized Walmart sold Kiddie batteries it was a no brainer, to purchase the Kiddie battery instead. Walmart thank you, for your wonderful inventory.

Easy enough to use. I think all batteries are over priced. I put it in my detector about 6 weeks ago. The detector went off a few days after insulation. I called the FD. They said sometines it can go off after showering. Cuz there was no fire.
