KidKraft Super Model Wooden Dollhouse with Elevator and 11 Accessories

This doll house is a little girls dream come true! My husband put it together while I was gone shopping. And when I got back I couldn't believe what I saw! It is big and very well made. It did take him a couple of hours to put together. And yes the elevator does not run smooth. But I put some Vaseline on it and now it works great! Don't hesitate to buy! I bought this for my granddaughters fifth birthday and she loves it!

I purchased this product for my granddaughter for Christmas. Being being a 65 year old Widow I had to put it together myself. I was very pleased with the product itself and found it simple to assemble. The quality of the product is excellent! They even had matching screw heads for the color of the area where this screw went. While the instructions could have been a little clearer they were pretty easy to follow. There are no written details only pictures so you have to be sure you have the item lined up correctly before you start screwing. Once finished the doll house is very sturdy and I believe will last a long time. After looking at it, it does not look like wood it is a white substance but very sturdy. After looking at the specifications I see it is called a wood composite. Whatever it is it's very sturdy. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good strong dollhouse that will not fall apart. Oh by the way they even included an anchor bolt and strap to bolt it to the wall so it doesn't fall over. I thought that was a nice touch a good safety feature I would not have thought of.

I highly would suggest this to anybody looking to buy a dollhouse. I read that other people had problems with assembling the elevator and I thought it was pretty easy. Then a lot of reviews said the elevator was hard to move up and down so after I assembled my daughters I lubricated it before screwing it on and it works amazingly. No problems. I put this together in under 3 hours and I had never done anything like that before. The instructions are great and I love how it's all color coated. I even talked my best friend into ordering one for his daughter for Christmas too. It's a pretty big house like 4 foot tall too. And is going to last many years!

Im rating it Five starts. I bought it for my daughter birthday and she loved it. It did take me almost 4 hours and the instructions in the beginning was a little difficult but it got better as I was building it. Also I did notice a little of the color missing from the wood and where I put the nail in has a little crack. It is not noticeable at all. It was well worth it Im glad I received everything. This is better Then a Barbie house. This will last a long time and it has good quality.

You say oh no, when you 1st open the box because of all of the pieces but then when you see the very easy and simple instructions, you realize that theres nothing to it, very nice product!

My 8 year old daughter, and even my 5 year old son, love it. I had a few issues getting the elevator feature to fit correctly, but it worked out in the end. In the end, it's big and impressive!

This was bought for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. Shipping was quick. Assembly although time consuming was easy. It is sturdy and super cute. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is while attaching the stairs both screws snapped. So we had to figure out what to do. Btw we used wood glue and a clamp overnight.

The only draw back I had was some of the backing was not flush, so two of the floors have 1/8th of an inch gap on one side of the back paneling. I doubt this would trouble a child. The manufacturer did not have all of the parts (2) labeled and I had to go by process of elimination. Be careful screwing it together because some of the screws are wider than they should be and you can crack the paneling if you are not careful. I did not crack the paneling, but I was somewhat concerned. This being said? Everything else is awesome and my child loves it. My favorite feature is that it comes with an attachment to anchor it against the wall. As this dollhouse is 48 inches and my daughter is 36 inches? I do not have to worry as much about her pulling it down on her,an earthquake or our giant cat knocking it down on her. So A+ on safety. Also, some dollhouses will state they are for large dolls and after the kids break out Barbie? It makes you wonder what they were thinking. With this, the 12 inch doll not only fits but look small sitting down at the table. They fit the bed. (I made a duct tape blanket out of decorative tape. Just an idea.) The bathroom is a little small size wise ,but my daughter has yet to notice or care.. My advice on putting it together? Have a table handy. Get some double sided tape to put the screws on. Have the screw heads facing you. Take some sticky notes and initial the letters as you remove the screws so you do not get lost. This way you do not fight with the screw packaging, loose any and can then see which screw heads match the color of the place they are supposed to go. The directions will not tell you what color of screw goes where and this made it a lot easier on me. It took me a few hours to set it up, but it was all totally worth it.

The design doesn't line up in one part and there was some wear in the color out of the box, but my daughter is 3 so she won't mind. It was pretty easy to set up, but I'm a little concerned about how it will wear with use. It's very big! And half the Barbie brand house.

Extremely disappointed. Opened a clean un-damaged box to finding almost every piece damaged. Scratched, printed sides had tears, pre-drilled holes mutualated..
