KidKraft Wooden Grocery Store Self-Checkout Center with 30 Accessories

Took me about 45 minutes to put together. Pieces are clearly labeled, but being picky, some pieces were in a separate box with the toys, not a fan. It is adorable and great for the imagination. Feels sturdy enough. I did get it on sale- I wouldn't have purchased at regular price.

Im going to start with what i didn't like first. 1) The basket could lock better, collapse's too easy. 2) The hole for hanging toy box ( it comes empty so you can put toy in it) could be better for hook, alittle hard for toddlers to get on and off. I also would reinforce hole on package with a plastic hole instead of cardboard which wont last. 3) the slot for money alittle bigger so it is easier to put dollars in. 4) this is my preference dollars to be made out of non rippable paper. He loves to play with this checkstand and putting groceries in bag. He really loves the hand scanner, it beeps as he checks out the food items.

This does not come with the fire truck pictured in the package in the photo. The little hanging package opens up, has velcro, so you can put your own toy in it, which I think is great to add a special gift. It took an hour to assemble this grocery checkout, but I took my time and made sure I had all the parts before doing so. The instructions for me were easy. Just make sure all parts are facing the same direction as in the manual. My granddaughter is two and enjoys playing with this. I was expecting it to be small, but it's a good size. It is sturdy and comes with a wall anchor for safety.

this little checkout stand is so cute! our granddaughter is 3 and it's perfectly sized for her. she loved the scanner that beeped (not too loud). the belt crank was a little hard for her to turn, but it might be adjustable.

Most of this product is made out of solid wood. It was not easy to assemble as it came with many parts/pieces. Once put together it is super sturdy and appears to be something that will last for a long time.

We were missing the fire truck when we assembled. The fire truck package was empty? Not sure who to ask about getting one? It is super cute and she loves it but we would like to have all the items.

The turning bag holder broke within the day. I used wood glue and just glued it in place. Then the next day the wooden end piece at the end of the conveyor broke.. So sad.. its still usable. But it took 5 hours to put together and was VERY difficult to put together compared to other KidKraft items I've built. (doll house, many different kitchen sets over the years, Some took long but were easy at least) I'm pretty disappointed in this. Save your money and get a different one!!

Missing screws missing the toy truck I literally got an empty package . This is a early Christmas present that I purchased and I'm very disappointed. Why can't everything be in the box that is shown in the picture why are these things missing? I want to be able to keep this toy if perhaps someone could ship me the toy truck and the screws. If not, it will definitely go back. If kid craft could rectify this problem, I would change my review

Will change review to all stars IF they send the piece that is missing. Missing hand scanner piece. Not worth returning to take it all back apart and put another together. Took me 3 hours because instructions not great. Would like replacement price for what's missing.

one of the 4 boxes came with both ends open, possibly missing parts. after an hour speaking to someone about picking it up and replacing it, they scheduled to puck up today. still waiting, ive heard nothing
