It was worth what I paid. However, it certainly wasn't worth the $50 more that was discounted at the time of purchase. But, I really do like it. It's great for everyday use.

This set is pretty light weight, I am going to keep it as a backup for when we have a lot of guest. I got it on sale so the price was okay, but I would never have paid full price for this set.
