KILZ Chalk Style Paint, Interior, Ultra Flat, Blue Juniper, 1 Quart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not wait to try chalk paint this was my very first project and this kilz chalk paint white was the brand I first tried and I’ve tried others since then but I keep going back to kilz chalk paint , see photo - this brand has a beautiful lovey coverage , the tv console in photo was once a dark ugly fake cherry wood ( was also a tall 1989 entertainment center that I broke down and rebuilt to fit today’s type flat screen ) since it was fake wood I knew I had to do the prep so I bought kilz primer and scuffed it a bit with my sander , but that’s not really necessary for all projects , I didn’t do any prep for the bathroom vanity also painted with my favorite chalk paint by kilz ! You gotta try it for yourself , the price is reasonable compared to other chalk paint brands , note - that you’ll get many projects out of a qt size can ! Once you try it , trust me you’ll want to paint everything you own !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first time using this chalk paint and loved it!!! I bought the chalk paint color poppyseed and it’s Beautiful. It took only 2 coats and drying time in between coats was minimal. I definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a year or so ago, and used it to refinish a desk! Since then I have used three other types of chalk paint on other projects and I will always go back to this stuff! Great self- leveling quality- and easy to destress- when used with KILZ finishing wax it leaves a perfect finish and stands up to (kid strength) wear and tear. I wish it was easier to find in my area.

The coverage and consistency were perfect, with a very rich and even finished color. Would absolutely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Kilz Chalk Style Paint to make a chalkboard wall in my kids room. They love it and spend hours coloring on it with chalk. Such a great guilty pleasure for them being able to "color" on the walls!

I like the results I got on my kitchen cabinets. I like the color. Became thick and clumpy at time but that may just be a characteristic of chalk paint. I hear you can add water to abate this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product to paint one portion of a wall in my kitchen. The paint itself was difficult to spread across the wall. I then had to buy a second can again for a small portion of a wall. After it dried, I applied the sealing wax with a towel how it suggests and it removed some of the paint. After drawing on it and then cleaning off the paint, there is an incomplete clean look to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very difficult to work with. The large thick lumps in the bottom of the can was very difficult to blend to a smooth consistency. I had to mix water with the paint to get it to glide on & not drag. I love the color, however the paint quality is lacking☹️
