I got to try Kinderlyte Oral Electrolyte Solution Lemonade and it works great! I tried it after a long night of drinking and it worked great to hydrate me! No hangover! It has an ok taste but not bad, just a small price to pay for a product that actually works! I would definitely recommend to anyone. I got to try this product free for my honest review.

I am going through bottle after bottle of Kinderlyte Lemonade while I go through workouts, ref football games, and prepare for Spartan races. It has been really ideal when I need fast recovery and to replenish my sodium and electrolytes. It's a little unusual to get used to the taste, but once you know it's got a salty taste, it's easy to start drinking regularly. I definitely have more than a serving when I sit down with it, but it's not a bad thing in my opinion. I'm looking forward to trying other flavors to see how different it tastes and how I feel using them. The Kinderlyte Electrolyte tastes great and hydrates you very fast. It is very helpful when you need a fast acting electrolyte. It helps when you are sick or just dehydrated from being outside in a sunny day. It is a good product to have on hand during hot summer days. It is great after a sweaty workout when you lose a lot of water from your body. I really like how low the sugar content is on this drink. The flavour is great and it even tastes better when cold. So my daughter has not been feeling good the past few days and hasn't been eating normal. I wanted to make sure she got hydrated. She loves any fruit or sour so this was a no brainer. Everyone in my family has their own workout regime and drinks they take but I was able to buy 3 plus some extras so that each person could have their own opinion on it. It was a success in our home. It definelty helps you stay hydrated! I chose the Lemonade flavor just to have a bit of taste. I was impress with the taste and helped with work out also. I have tried many electrolyte powders and products that help replenish to avoid hydration. This is on my tip list. This product seems to be healthy. It hydrated you quite fast. The lemon flavor is ok maybe a bit medicinal so that was a bit disappointing. I like that it is all natural though. I like that it has less sugar than normal energy drinks. I average about 3 or 4 energy drinks a week. I normally look for drinks with caffeine in the morning for a pick me up, but this is a good afternoon alternative to increase hydration and not have that energy spike.
