First of all, I just want to say that I was looking for this product along things like sport drinks, but my Walmart had it in one the medicine aisles. That may help you locate it in your local store. I went for the lemonade flavor as I was craving lemon taste, I got sick and needed to be properly hydrated, this was the perfect product for that. I loved that it has no artificial sweeteners, colors or flavor, and is full of electrolytes to help me recover. I can't wait for my husband to try it after one of his runs, I think that'll be a very good option for him to re-hydrate after a long effort. Everyone in my family has their own workout regime and drinks they take but I was able to buy 3 plus some extras so that each person could have their own opinion on it. It was a success in our home. I originally purchased Kinderlyte for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves the taste, and even asked for more. A few days ago, my 21 year old daughter caught a stomach virus, and couldn't keep ANYTHING down. I gave her some Kinderlyte at room temperature, and she was able to keep it down. My family sampled the kinderlyte Lemonade electrolyte drink. It's low in sugar, but tastes good. We all loved it, and it hydrates better than water alone. I was happy to try the Kinderlyte Oral Electrolyte solution and even happier there was another product like this on the market. I really like the ingredients and the hydration it provides. My daughter was not crazy about the flavor of the Lemonade, however. I felt it was ok but it wouldn't exactly say I enjoyed the flavor.
