Pedialyte with Immune is a great product. Tastes great and gives you a boost without only filling you up with a overload. It doesn't take long to make you feel better if you are suffering from dehydration symptoms. Dehydration is dangerous so if you need to this is not a replacement for seeing a physician. It is the best drink on the market for occasional dehydration.

Good product.
Bought this stuff for a very sick friend who lives several states away. He said after he drank it felt worlds better. He's elderly %26 was probably dehydrated from so much vomiting (from antibiotics!) It was just in the nick of time apparently.

Normally I can't stand the taste of these electrolyte drinks but this flavor is definitely tolerable. I was super super sick and could not quit throwing up and this actually helped a lot because I was extremely thirsty and after drinking it and not drinking in a small portions mind you helping it down because I was very thirsty and actually stayed down and I was able to keep everything else down afterwards.

hydration
definitely recommend Pedialyte when you get sick with the flu or any other illness that leaves you dehydrated. it's better than Gatorade at getting you back to normal. I keep extra on hand because they have a long shelf life.
