I also season my roasted vegetables with it and it definitely enhanced the flavor. It's delicious and I recommend this seasoning.

First off, it has low sodium content- a huge plus for me as I have had kidney issues in the past. I used this as a rub on 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘵 sliders, with shredded cheese & on Hawaiian rolls. I grilled the sliders & toasted the rolls after letting it sit for approximately 1/2 an hour. It turned out SO good! Both my husband & I just LoVe the sesame and ginger flavor, it is the perfect balance of salty & sweet! I am excited to try this on other dishes; the flavor is an incredibly versatile one. I've used this seasoning as both a pre-rub and as a seasoning that is put on after cooking. This product packs a lot of punch without a bunch of salt which I really appreciate!
