This seasoning makes everything taste amazing. A friend introduced us to it when she made roasted cauliflower just coated with olive oil and the smoked onion seasoning, and baked it until crispy. It was delicious! It is also great on chicken breasts, burgers, all kinds of foods.

I mixed in some of the Smoked Onion into my burger meat and then did a coating outside of the burgers, I cooked them to a medium rare on the grill and wow, the flavor of smoke and the onion came through. They were so good you did not need any of the normal burger toppings. I can't wait to try with other meats and some chicken. My new seasoning favorites.

I'm not sure what I expected and don't get me wrong, the flavor was there and it was good but I expected more of a punch of onion flavor. I still would recommend and I will purchase again knowing what to expect. Definitely lots of flavor just not a strong onion flavor.
