Delicious, fresh and light. This recipes is perfect for a light snack or dinner in a salad or with one. Also great as a sandwich, an appetizer or as the star ingredient to a pasta dish. This is a healthy addition to your diet that is packed with protein and perfect for portion control. It is one of my favorites and it gets 5 stars.
I definitely would recommend this brand the lemon flavor has no fishy taste they are delicious
My favorite canned fish brand and this is my favorite flavor. the only thing holding it back is the price.
Love the Fresh Lemon taste!!! Very Good to me. I ate with unsalted crackers.
Amazing with chicken in a biscuit and pickled onions
delicious, lemony and tasty
Great quality products. Great tasting as well.
I don't care for very fishy seafood. Tuna has always been my limit back when I mixed unhealthy mayo into it, defeating the purpose of getting my Ω3 to Ω6 ratio up. I tried King Oscar sardines, and the jalapeno ones are good, but still a bit fishy for my taste. I have been taking 1 teaspoon of a good-tasting cod liver oil (liquid; not the rancid pills) but it has become too expensive and I can't use EBT. So I decided to take a chance and try mackerel and I'm so glad that I did. I just ate my 2nd can and it's great. Not too fishy or lemony. The can has wall-to-wall solid fish pieces and very little juice. I'd say 1 tablespoon of water and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. These have 3300mg of Ω3s. ~50% more than a serving of sardines. If mackerel has 1/10th the mercury of canned tuna, I feel safe eating 1 can per day. I will try the Mediterranean flavor next. I don't want to try the jalapeno ones because of the added sugar. Honestly, some of these reviews baffle me. Too lemony/sour? Not at all. Lemon tastes artificial like a cleaning product? No, sir; I know a good lemon flavor. It's very mild and natural tasting. I'd give it 5 stars if the price was lower
I have never tasted it before and although the lemon made it taste delicious the fish itself was too dry like chicken breast meat is. So, if you like that sort of stuff then you will love this but if not, then you won't.
I never will ever order less sinless etc of no fish sardines etc will return ones I order are ones include skins and bones healing from bone disease I can not afford to pay so I only want what I order CANCEL IT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT PLEASE PLEASE.YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT I NEED OR MY HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE thanks i
