I had foot surgery about six weeks ago. Due to the initial swelling after surgery, the swelling caused me to not feel exactly how cold this foot cover was. Since the swelling has subsided quite a bit, this foot cover feels much colder. It's the perfect amount of coldness. I wear a size 8, and there's enough room for larger feet. The Velcro straps can be placed to where it fits your foot so it will work with even smaller feet. I highly recommend.

I have only used this ice pack once. I liked it but wish I could have gotten more cold to my heel. However it's definitely better than trying to wrap with a regular ice pack. It also fits the knee quite well.

These were very well made beautiful packaging. These are very well made beautiful packaging. The only problem that I had with them is the ice packs that fit in them needed to be bigger because you couldn't feel the ice very good. I had to put other ice packs in them also. They might fit better for someone with a bigger foot, but I wear a size 9 women's and you couldn't fill the ice very good. I had to put other ice packs in them. It looked like it would be easier to use, but it was not.The first time I used it I could not leave it on longer than ten minutes. It made my feet feel like they were on fire.

The whole thing is completely pointless. The point of putting any kind of ice on anything is to have it That cold for 20 minutes. The gel packs that are in this are insufficient to serve the purpose of what you're trying to use it for.
