The pillow is great for elevating both legs. i got it to help with my knee replacement surgery. Stacking 2 pillows was not working. They would slide out and move whenever I moved. The "King" pillow doesn't move and slide around. It also is height adjustable as it comes in form cut pieces. The small pillow is great helping with leg extension. I would recommend it to anyone who has to elevate their legs for more than a couple of weeks. I did try 2 others, and this is the one I kept.

I have edema and I have to put my legs up at night and this is so perfect I've tried once before and I didn't like it because my legs did not feel comfortable but this comes in three parts where you can make it fit the way you like it and I love mine I use it every freaking night and I've had a month now.

Having just haad open reduction abductor repair surgery of the right hip, I was advised to elevate my leg for better healing. This support pillow has been a life saver. The fact that there are multiple height levels, a cool material and support of the entire leg and foot are all much needed at this time. There is enough support, yet comfortable to remain in the needed position.

I had foot surgery yesterday, this leg elevation pillow is working really great. It's the correct height for my heart and the doctor asked me to not put the heel down on anything so with that very top pad I'm able to adjust it so it hits my ankle so my heels are free floating, I would recommend this for anyone having foot surgery. The only thing I would change on it would be the material. It's too slippery and the pillow slide around even though they have those little dots, they don’t work, the material has frayed or pulled a little bit from my cast shoe

Bought this for my mother who has to keep her feet elevated due to swelling. She loves it! The material is a lot firmer than I expected but has the perfect balance of softness. The only negative thing I can say is the bottom piece was extremely slow to inflate. It took 3 days to inflate and thats with me rubbing it and putting it in front of a space heater to accellerate the process. It still has a small indent in the middle but I hope it goes away by tomorrow. Will attach photo. The other 2 pieces inflated right away though. But my mother loved it so much, it still is worth 5 stars. She loved it even without the bottom piece. Tonight she will use the whole set together. Will update if anything changes.

actually, I was extremely surprised when I opened the package. It came in a box and this thing was all rolled up, and it was heavier than heck once I started cutting through the initial heavy duty plastic I noticed that it started moving once I got the outer covering off then it just kind of exploded much to my surprise and light I found three well-made gray wedges exactly what I wanted to see the base is substantial the secondary one is married to the bottom base by means of three Velcro tabs Military grade Velcro that is also the top of that one is concaved so your legs kind of rust in a small valley, which is really really nice. I have not used the top portion yet which when that is used, it would make the top completely flat at this point with my legs I like the small dip that it allows one other thing that I noticed that because of the length of it, it allowed me to use my recliner of which I’m 6 foot two and my legs always ran off the foot rest about 4 1/2 inches. With this, I now have the front of the wedge underneath my underneath my kneecaps and because it’s tapered, it does not affect me and it goes up to maybe 5 inches past my kneecap and it’s 30. I think it’s 31 inches long something like that so from there down I have at least 4 1/2 inches of play at the very end so I no longer have that feeling of my feet hanging over and especially at 72 years old and with my neuropathy at night, it’s a killer because the electrical shocks and the frigid cold is unbelievable. Hopefully now with this and being level or a little bit above level, I will be able to help support my legs a little better and maybe get some more heat and circulation in them. I’m very pleased so if anybody’s looking for something I think of good quality I think this is the ticket.

I'm a back sleeper and like to have my knees elevated. That helps keep tension off my back. At the same time this product is modular which means it can be used at varying heights to help tailor it to what works best for you. Elevating my feet improves blood return flow and reduces edema. I like the handles too, because that makes it easy to pull the pillow in for the best fit.

This is the first experience using a leg elevated pillow. The complaint is it smelled terrible, I left it in the garage for two weeks. But in the over view it was covered. I like the fact it comes in three parts, you can change the elevation. It is wide enough for both legs. The elevation adjustment makes it easy and comfortable. The smell did go away.

it came vacuum sucked and wrapped very tightly. the instructions said to unwrap it and allow at least 24hrs for it to fully expand. it's been 3 days and there are parts of it that are still "squished" and won't expand so it looks odd. I would have probably given it a 5-star rating if it had fully expanded, but I'm currently left with this odd shaped foam block.

Poor quality. One of the Velcro straps were sewed on backwards not allowing it to Velcro without twisting it, allowing it to barely hold. Quality goes a long way when you actually care about the people receiving your item in exchange for their hard earned money. It's not hard.
