This by far is the best wrap w icepacks. Great deal for the price. It also includes an extra strap to extend the belt size to fit any part of your body and for fuller figured persons . I later realized I didn't need the extra strap but was nice to o have just in case I've had it for almost over a week, I've used it on my upper back, lower and mid, also my hip and ankle. Very versatile. I bought a different 3 pack of ice packs so I'm set for being able to rotate them out of the freezer so I'm never without having one when I need it. Oh btw the icepacks can be hotpacks after microwave

This is great! I have back issues! I like using this much better than having 2 deal with ice packs that normally leak ! I can belt it on and wear it around the house, when I'm having a rough day! I bought my grandson 's fiance one two and she also deals with back issues ! I would highly recommend this !

It is exactly what I need for the severe pain in the lumbar area of my back. Acetaminophen is the only pain medication that I can take at syage three of kidney failure. I did make bands out of ribbon to hold the icepack in the pocket while putting it on with two bad shoulders. worked well due to the shape of the ice pack.

honestly, this is exactly what i've needed for a while, and this is the most functional and comfortable. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars on quality is because i wish they were a little thicker so it would stay cold for longer. I also wish those raised pressure point nodes were thicker and even more raised for longevity, massage, and more direct pressure on those points. Its an amazing design and its why i bought it, it would just be even better if there were thicker and fluffier, while also being a little bit harder.

My husband hurt his back and has been off work for 5 months - this ice pack is perfect for wearing on his back while being mobile or just sitting and resting. It is the perfect ice pack for his injury.

Incredibly helpful after surgery!! Highly recommend for anyone especially if having a joint replacement. This was much more helpful than the $240 ice machine the hospital made me get that insurance wouldn't pay for.

This belt is a game changer. I use it for my lower back. There are 2 gel packs so you can swap out. I've only used it cold, but can be heated too. Works as advertised. Highly recommended

Amazing relief! It fits hip to hip and waist to coccyx. This is the first ice pack that covered so much territory. It's great to be pain free. Highly recommend!

The gel ice packs stay cold for a long time, but the belt itself seems to stretch and loosens after a short time so it doesn't stay in place as much as I would like.

The good: I love the potential of the outer holder. The curves and extension strap makes it even more versatile for how to use it. But, the inside sleeve doesn't fully cover the pad when you slip it in (I'll see about uploading a pic), so you end up with an exposed crescent of cold or hot pad that is pretty annoying. If they used enough material to make it fully self functioning, I would pay more. Although, they aren't joking about heating these gels packs. The differential between not enough and too much is slim and then you end up with a busted gooey pad. If it becomes freezer only you still get a mess.
