Purchased to use after knee replacement surgery. Wraps around knee, providing cooling to front, sides and back of knee. The only problem is that we have a side-by-side refrigerator freezer and there is no place to lay it flat in the freezer so I fold it in thirds and keep it in the refrigerator. I still wrap it in a pillowcase to avoid uncomfortable skin contact until it has had a chance to warm up a little.

Fantastic item. Coolness last for a long time, I would say about three hours before you have to refreeze it We bought it for a knee replacement and it wraps around his knee. Absolutely remarkable product.

FlexiKold gel ice packs are a great product. They stay very cold, are flexible and made well. I have several different sizes for many different needs.

The cold packs look sturdy and work fine. I needed an ice pack right away due to an injury and these arrived the next day by fedex. Thanks for that. But $20 for an ice pack is too much in my opinion

This is a nice large reusable ice pack. I used the extra strap that came on my red light therapy belt to hold it on. It would have been nice if it had come with one but that's the only negative about this. It lasts a long time depending on how long you leave it in the freezer. Some of the others only last 15 minutes but this one will last much longer!

I do not have any problem with the item. The problem is that every order I make is always delayed. I can understand delays once in a while but not all the time. This is why amazon is so popular. They rarely have delays and when they do, the customer assistance is very dependable.

I was looking forward to using this large size ice pack because it could cover more than one area of pain. However, it is definitely not right for a 76 yr old lady with severe arthitis . When it is fully frozen you need two hands to hold and trying to position it on my back was impossible.

Purchased after ankle surgery for swelling and pain, but it didn't meet my needs. It doesn't stay cold for long and needs constant refreezing every 30 to 45 minutes.

I have used large ice packs for decades. I recently had a hip replacement and needed some new ones. I selected these for their appearance as they looked well-made and would hold up for a few years. Unfortunately, I found that they did not hold the coldness and would only be useful for about a half hour. Others I have used would be good for upwards of 90 minutes.. I am still getting some use out of them because I have 2 and can switch off frequently but for the amount of money I paid I am sorely disappointed and regret purchasing them.

I really like the FlexiKold products. I got this one because I wanted to chill my entire back while sitting in a recliner. Unfortunately, this particular product is too heavy for me to manipulate behind my own back by myself. I noticed that the illustration shows it being placed on someone's back while they are lying on their stomach. If you're getting this to put on someone else's back, it could be very useful. But it is very heavy to manipulate.
