It also helps my 4c edges lay down which is a plus. Overall it won't replace my favorite freeze spray but is a good 2nd option for those looking.

It's compact so I can toss it in my bag on the go plus it smells pleasant so I don't have to worry about all my hair care going to waste simply because of a hair spray. I have 3 other popular freeze spray brands that I've purchased and use because I've already spent money on them, but they don't work as well for me as this one. I use it by itself, but my fave combo is this KISS spray with a popular gel. I've combined the gel with the other sprays, but I get a little lifting when I do. This spray melts seamlessly, in my opinion. It dries fast, it's long-lasting, and it's easy to remove. The aerosol bottle is easy to handle and the scent of the product is pleasant. Highly recommend.

It's leaves a natural shine and not super crunchy. I don't believe this could hold lace down unless you used a bunch of layers.

I have used this hairspray for years and loved it. But, I'm not sure what has happened to it now. it's horrible, doesn't hold like it used to, and makes my hair have a weird texture after it dries. I have 4 cans of it that I can't use it's so bad!
