I got this to wear under my wig. And it helps to keep from any discomfort. It also helps from the wig, not slipping. It works perfectly very cheap.I recommend it

Too Tight for Large Heads
The wig cap fits too tight and I have a small head. Needs to let out the elastic in the band a bit.The material is thick and covers well.
