Kitsch Clarifying 2 in 1 Shampoo and Shave Bar with Tea Tree and Mint, 3.2 oz

This bar shampoo leaves the hair very soft and with lots of volume. We all like it. Maybe a tad expensive? A 2-pack or more would be more practical for me.

I use the shampoo which helps grow my hair, helps control the fall out, helps keep it look less oily for longer and it has aided in new growth for me. I rarely use the conditioner as they all weigh down my very fine, thin hair.

Bought to clarify my scalp before hennaing my hair. Although I do not use styling products I wanted to make sure any environmental factors were gone and my scalp had a thorough cleanse as it is not something Ive done since high school when clarifying shampoos made the hair stupid dry and like hay that is also matted together. Having tried other kitsch products I decided this was the best choice. And i was right. I used it 1x a week in a 2 week span and it never once gave me the matted hay hair. I love the scent myself but i am familiar with tea tree already. This didnt leave my scalp looking dry either, just clean and healthy looking (like clean, moisturized skin).

I ordered this and the packaging didn't look anything like the picture or current Kitsch product. The name was different from what I ordered. The bar was supposed to be green and was like an off white. It wasn't wrapped in tissue paper either. Looked cracked as well. I reached out to the seller as soon as I received it, and I still haven't heard back. Tried to return at Walmart and would have to call customer service. If I order anything by Kitsch again it will be directly from them or from Target. VERY VERY dissatisfied.

I typically purchase these straight through Kitsch and the one I purchased from here looked chalky and strange. It was not the green bar so I'm not even sure if it was actually the Tea Tree shampoo bar and was cracked when it arrived. I am very disappointed in this. I know from now on I will purchase my items straight from the Kitsch website to avoid this in the future.
