These are perfect for keeping my hair up while traveling in the car. I can lean my head back on the headrest without the little teeth from a jaw clip pressing into my head. These are barely even noticeable when I have my head resting back on the head rest! And they hold the hair well even when moving around for hours!
Was looking for something other than a hair claw that held hair effectively and looked good. The design of this clip is unique and allows for many hair styles while holding hair securely. I have thick long wavy/frizzy hair and this was ideal for me.
I've always had a lot of fine (slippery) hair but now I'm at that age where it's also starting to become thinner. Many clips are just too heavy, don't stay in place and uncomfortable now. These are SO comfortable, stay in place, hold my hair all day. The material is more lightweight than some other styles. I'm ordering two more packs b/c I can't find them in store anymore.

I use these in the shower to keep my hair off my neck/back to prevent acne and it works great and I easy to use without pulling hair! I only gave this product 4 stars since sometimes the bottom part gets stuck above the top part and it can't be opened with one hand.
My hair is thick and shoulder length. I use claw clips all the time but was interested in trying these flat clips. The smaller ones are good for me to do a partial up-do, but that's it. The large one can hold most of my hair, but I have to twist it really tight and position it just right, otherwise it starts to fall after awhile. I also have to slice it in vertically, as horizontally ends up not holding all of my hair up since it won't close properly.
The brand name on the clip is more visible than in the product image. Also, in the product images, the only one showing the brand name is the one where it's on the packaging. So you don't get to see what a branded clip on a model looks like.
These are my favorite clip, but unfortunately are poorly made. The first set I bought, one of them broke a few weeks later. I liked them so much I quickly bought a second set only to have the same thing happen. The second time it was while it was just sitting in my hair. Not being fiddled with or anything. Such a shame because otherwise these clips are perfect!
Clips unfortunately didn’t hold a lot of my hair back due to the curved design and thickness of my hair. If I clipped back too large of a section...the clip wouldn’t stay put and my hair started slipping out of the open end. I was also hoping that they would be a bit more comfortable. They did work well for clipping back smaller sections.
I received these a couple of weeks ago and instantly loved them. I have fine shoulder length hair and was worried they might be too large or heavy but they were not! The size is actually okay although I could have used a smaller one no problems. This is my first time purchasing the flat style clips but I wear claw clips religiously and have some that I’ve had for years and still love! Anywho, after using the tortoise color one about 6-8x, one of the claw prongs just fell right out when I was putting in the clip. I was shocked but hoped it was just a fluke. I hadn’t dropped it, overused it, nor had it been banged up in any way shape or form so it was a bit odd. Fast forward about a week-yesterday I put it in since I was still wearing it with the two prongs and I walked upstairs to make dinner and the prongs literally just fell-along with the clip-right off my head. Now I’ve got a useless clip. Not sure if this is a kitsch thing or just a bad batch of poorly constructed plastic that is brittle and weak.
