I have been using this product for over 6 months now and what I really like about it is how I feel the next day after I hav worked out along with my other daily life activities. I feel better and my body feels better, no painful legs, knees, or feet. I've noticed that if I take it in the am with warm water and then eat it helps alot with the bloating. There is not flavor at all which I love so it makes it super easy to take in a daily basis.
I did a lot of research to find this creatine. At my age, 70, I need this to hold on to muscle tissue and for my brain. Lots of research related to brain health is available related to creatine.

Product comes with a scoop. I have read that some creatine products out there have scoops that are actually larger than the suggested serving size, but this one was actually 5g (measured to the small line inside the scoop). The powder itself is very fine and has no undesirable taste. Overall a great brand of creatine and competitive price.
