I ordered this product because it was labeled professional. There's nothing professional about it. It leaves blue fibers all over the surface it is supposed to be cleaning. My husband had ordered this product previously a few years ago. It did the exact same thing. Had I known this was the same product I would never have ordered it.

I ordered a pack of 4 but only received 1. very disappointing.
