tried a sample give away and was hooked- the body and shine it produced was wonderful i'm 65 and still color my hair= this took all the yellow tinge out and left me with true blonde color especially on thining hair the body was much appreciated. i cant say enough about the packaging when it arrived- they obviously took great effort to make sure the product did not leak or break in transit -it was wrapped multiple times with plastic-then in another plastic bag then in a box--THANK YOU

Love this product but took forever to receive

I ordered the shampoo and conditioner duo from this store and they sent 2 bottles of conditioner. When I contacted them their solution was to issue a 25% discount. So I asked if I could use the discount to order a bottle of shampoo since I had lots of conditioner and no shampoo. They said yes and so I ordered the shampoo and never received the discount and when I tried to contact them again they would not reply to me. I realize people make mistakes and whoever packaged the products did not intentionally put 2 conditioners in the box but I feel like they made the mistake and I paid for it. Not sure how I feel about this store and the way they handle mix-ups. On the upside I love this shampoo and conditioner and its a good thing because I now have lots!
